Refund policy


1. Return Locations

We process returns within the United States only.

All returns must be pre-approved and shipped to our designated U.S. return processing center. Once your return request is approved, please send the product to our return address: 5324 Peachtree Rd, Balch Springs, Texas, 75180, US

Please do not send items to any address listed on the shipping label or our website without authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused or experience processing delays.


2. Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Return requests submitted after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.


3. Condition & Packaging Requirements

To be eligible for a return or refund, items must be:

New, unused, and uninstalled

Undamaged and in original condition

Returned in the original packaging, including all parts, accessories, and packing materials

Installed or used items may not be eligible for return. If a return is approved, items must be securely repacked in the original packaging. Returns with missing parts, damaged packaging, or signs of use may be declined or approved with a restocking fee based on condition.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Customized or made-to-order products

Light bulbs

Items returned after 30 days from delivery


5. Manufacturer’s Warranty

All products are covered by a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty, excluding light bulbs.

Warranty support may include replacement parts or other remedies depending on the nature of the issue.


Shipping Damage or Defective Items (Important)

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@amarnest.com within 7 days of delivery.

For the fastest resolution, we strongly recommend reaching out within 48 hours of receipt.

When contacting us, please provide:

Clear photos and/or videos showing the issue

Images of the outer packaging and internal packing materials

Shipping carriers typically require damage claims to be submitted within a limited timeframe. Reports made after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for coverage, and additional costs may apply.

Resolution for Confirmed Damage or Defects

Replacement parts for transit damage will be provided at no cost when reported within 7 days

In cases of severe damage, we may offer a full product replacement at no additional charge, subject to verification


Return Reasons & Fees

A. Returns Due to Defect or Shipping Damage (Verified)

If a return is approved due to a verified defect or shipping damage:

We will work with you to determine the best solution (replacement parts, exchange, or return)

If a return is required, reasonable return shipping costs may be reimbursed after verification (please retain shipping receipts)


B. Returns for Non-Quality Reasons

(Change of Mind, Wrong Size, Style Preference)

If there is no product defect and you wish to return the item for personal reasons:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Shipping fees are non-refundable, including any shipping costs that were included or subsidized in the original order

A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to cover inspection, handling, and repackaging costs

Refund Example (Non-Quality Return):
If the product price is $2,000, the refund will be calculated as:
Product price − applicable restocking fee
(Return shipping costs are paid separately by the customer)


How to Start a Return

Step 1: Request Authorization

Email support@amarnest.com with:

Order number

Reason for return

Photos/videos (required for damage or defect claims)

Once approved, we will provide detailed return instructions, including the return address and shipping requirements.


Step 2: Pack the Item

Ensure the item is:

Unused and uninstalled

Packed in original packaging with all components

Securely packed to prevent damage during transit


Step 3: Ship the Return

Before shipping, please take photos of:

The item inside the package

The sealed package exterior

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

After shipment, email us:

A photo of your shipping receipt

The tracking number


Refund Processing Time

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days

Refunds are sent to the original payment method

Typical processing times after refund approval:

PayPal: 1–2 business days

Credit/Debit Card: 7–10 business days (depending on your bank)


Exchanges

Exchanges are processed as a return followed by a new order. Please contact support@amarnest.com and our team will help you choose the fastest option.


Order Cancellation & Modifications

Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement.

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier or is in transit, cancellations are no longer possible. If the item is no longer needed after delivery, please follow the return process outlined above.


Return Delivery Requirement

Returned items must be received by our facility before a refund can be issued.

If a return is not received due to refusal, failure to ship back, or carrier disposal, we will be unable to issue a refund.
