Returns & Care
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Customized products and light bulbs are non-returnable. Please contact support@amarnest.com to initiate a return.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@amarnest.com with photos of the damage and packaging. We will assist you with replacement parts or product replacement based on the issue.
Do you provide installation services?
We do not offer on-site installation. We recommend hiring a licensed electrician to install your lighting fixtures safely and correctly.
How should I care for my lighting fixtures?
Care instructions vary by material and finish. Generally, we recommend gentle cleaning with a soft, dry cloth and avoiding harsh chemicals.

Do bulbs come included?
Yes, bulbs are included for free with all our lighting fixtures.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After processing, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days within the United States.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, so you can easily follow your package.
